Donnie Grinnell: City Impact Center is a community outreach center in the heart of Las Vegas to intergrate value based solutions and programs that don't just meet the basic needs of the people in our community.  We use meeting their basic needs as a jumping off point in teaching and motivating them to act in community...bringing total health to each person.  This in turn brings health to our neighborhood and city

 Richard J. ( Dick) Westergard founded Shade Tree Meteorology, LLC, located in Niskayuna, NY after retiring from government service in 2004.

In 2006, Dick earned the American Meteorological Society's (AMS) highest level of certification - "Certified Consulting Meteorologist" (CCM) - and now practices primarily forensic meteorology, with a specialization in re-constructing severe weather events.

Dick started his career in weather in 1966 as an Air Force weather observer, then became a National Weather Service (NWS) Meteorological Technician from 1973 to 1988. From 1988 to 1994, Dick was Meteorologist in Charge of the Duluth NWS office, and from 1994 to 2004 he was Warning Coordination Meteorologist at the Albany NWS office.

Dick used the GI Bill to take college courses at a variety of colleges and universities, culminating in a degree from Marshall University in 1988. He has since attended graduate courses at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, SUNY Brockport and the National Weather Service Training Center, and done research on communicating weather information with the SUNY Albany Communication Department.

Dick is a member of the Board of Directors and immediate past president of the National Council of Industrial Meteorologists, the premier association of private sector CCMs in the country, and is a member of the AMS Board of Certified Consulting Meteorologists, which is the governing and examining body for the CCM program.

Rowena Baraan-Krifaton  SHINE FAMILY FOUNDATION is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that raises money to help the families of US MILITARY PERSONNEL who are deployed around the world and VETERANS.  These families are under a great stress during deployment and it is the objective of the SHINE FAMILY FOUNDATION to assist the families of our BRAVE men and women in every way. http://www.shinefamilyfoundation.org  http://rowena233.nerium.com




Les Krifaton joined FOX5 in June 2004 as a reporter.
Exactly two years later, he was officially promoted to the FOX5 Weather 24/7 team as the weekend weather anchor while still reporting 3 days a week. He holds the American Meteorological Society's Seal of Approval, a prestigious seal that recognizes his knowledge of and ability to explain weather.
