Guest Jack Duffy, JFK Assassination Expert, Author and Attorney

Jack Duffy JFK Assassination ExpertJack Duffy, Author of The Man From 2063, is an expert on the assassination of President Kennedy. 

He became interested in the JFK assassination in 1972 after seeing a bootleg copy of the famous Zapruder film of President Kennedy's fatal motorcade. He has been researching the assassination ever since.
Jack's entertaining book draws on his deep knowledge and personal research into the President's murder and is therefore based on actual events and people surrounding the assassination.
Jack has interviewed many key eyewitnesses to the assassination of President John Kennedy, including Buell Frazier, Jean Hill, Mary Moorman, Beverly Oliver, and Bill Newman. He has also interviewed 2 surgeons who treated JFK at Parkland hospital - Dr. Robert McClelland and Dr. Charles Crenshaw. He has interviewed Marina Oswald.

Jack has also met many researchers who have written books on the assassination including Vincent Bugliosi, Mark Lane, Josiah Thompson, Robert Groden, Jim Marrs and Gaeton Fonzi.  
Jack Duffy is a trial lawyer from Ft. Worth, Texas. He specializes in personal injury and criminal defense law.  He was born in Bertram, Texas and grew up in Ft. Worth.  He graduated from Paschal High School in Ft. Worth, Texas, and Texas Tech University with a BA in Political Science.
It was at Texas Tech that Jack met Vincent Bugliosi. Mr. Bugliosi was giving a speech on the Charles Manson trial. Mr. Bugliosi influenced Mr. Duffy to become a lawyer.
Mr. Duffy went on to graduate from Baylor University with a MBA and then graduated from South Texas College of Law with a JD.
The Man From 2063 is his first book.

James M Rothstein NYPD Det Retired

My guest today , James M Rothstein NYPD Det Retired, was just fascinating. We discussed he Son Of Sam investigation, The Franklin Coverup, Boys Town, Manson, Organized crime cases in NYC. NYC politics and blackmail. Just a fascinating guy from NYC 70s NYPD. Great stuff we even got into the French Connection case. Youtube link will be available tomorrow.
One thing he is very passionate aabout is a law he wrote to combat human trafficing: 

TRAFFICKING LAWS



Laws to be passed:


  1. Any person, agency, or other entity that interferes, threatens, harasses, impedes, or in any way compromises an investigator, investigation, prosecution, or witness in human trafficking, child porn, pedophilia, or criminal use of children case is guilty of a felony with a mandatory 5 year prison sentence.

  1. Any enforcement agency, agent, prosecutor, elected government official, or any other authority that fails to act, with due haste, on human trafficking, pedophilia or the criminal use of children complaint and then doing a complete investigation of the complaint is guilty of a crime. (felony)

  1. Any person or entity who uses human trafficking, children, child porn, pedophilia, to compromise, extort or cause another person to do an unwilling act is guilty of a felony with a mandatory 25 year to life in prison, no parole, prison sentence.

  1. Any person or entity who buys, sells, trades, or in any way promotes, enables, or profits from human trafficking, pedophilia, human compromise, extortion, or uses children in a criminal manner is guilty of a felony with a mandatory 25 year to life in prison, no parole, prison sentence.

  1. The use of electronics, social media, or any other form of communications to facilitate, promote, or further human trafficking, child porn, pedophilia, human compromise, extortion, use of children in a criminal manner is a felony with a mandatory fine of one million dollars per incident and a 10 year prison sentence for all parties involved.

As heinous as these crimes of human trafficking, pedophilia, human compromise and  sexual exploitation of children are, an overzealous uninformed law enforcement agency, prosecutor, social worker, or mental health expert, who uses less than scientific investigative methods to conduct a “witch hunt,” can wreak havoc on our society and don’t provide any real solutions.
There must be an Oversight Committee (see Oversight Committee report) to prevent innocent people from becoming another victim and furthering an already heinous crime.

Upon conviction of either/or #3, #4, #5 and affirmation of the Oversight Committee all assets of the perpetrator(s) or entities involved shall be seized and given to the victim(s).
