The West Memphis Three are three men who were tried and convicted as teenagers in 1994 of the 1993 murders of three boys in West Memphis, Arkansas. Damien Echols was sentenced to death, Jessie Misskelley, Jr. was sentenced to life imprisonment plus two 20-year sentences, and Jason Baldwin was sentenced to life imprisonment. During the trial, the prosecution asserted that the children were killed as part of a satanic ritual. A number of documentaries have been based on the case, and celebrities and musicians have held fund raisers in the belief that they are innocent

Crime Time with Vito Colucci, P.I. The show features anything crime related. Current high profile cases or trials are discussed in detail with commentary from law enforcement experts and lawyers. Guests like Henry Hill, the former mobster and Lucchese crime family associate, and subsequent FBI informant whose life was immortalized in the Goodfellas movie also will be featured. What it's like to be a P.I., the latest technology and crime detection resources as well as forensics methods are also discussed on Crime Time. Host Bio
Vito Colucci, Jr. is the owner of Colucci Investigations LLC. Vito is a former member of the Stamford, Connecticut Police Department where he worked as Narcotic's Detective and Undercover Organized Crime Investigator. One of the main investigations Vito spearheaded during that time was uncovering the organized crime ties within his own police department. Working along with the FBI, he wore a wire for this assignment and infiltrated two crime families. 



Vito was one of the youngest members ever to receive the Combat Cross for a shoot-out he was in. During his time on the police department he also received Valor Citations. Vito graduated from the Arnold Markle Search and Seizure School. 



Vito has been a private investigator for the past 22 years, working many high profile cases; Michael Skakel/Martha Moxley case, Jayson William's case, honeymooner George Smith case, Charla Nash chimp case and the Andrew Kissell murder case. Vito has also worked on some of the biggest high profile cases in CT involving murders, rapes and a corrupt priest.
Vito is a regular commentator on various news programs including: Fox News, MSNBC, Catherine Crier/Court TV, Star Jones, Glenn Beck, Nancy Grace, Larry King, CNN Headline News, and The Bill O'Reilly Show. Vito was a featured speaker at the first World Investigator's Conference in Las Vegas in 2005.

Jack Duffy JFK Assassination ExpertJack Duffy, Author of The Man From 2063, is an expert on the assassination of President Kennedy. 

He became interested in the JFK assassination in 1972 after seeing a bootleg copy of the famous Zapruder film of President Kennedy's fatal motorcade. He has been researching the assassination ever since.

Jack Duffy is a trial lawyer from Ft. Worth, Texas. He specializes in personal injury and criminal defense law.  He was born in Bertram, Texas and grew up in Ft. Worth.  He graduated from Paschal High School in Ft. Worth, Texas, and Texas Tech University with a BA in Political Science.
It was at Texas Tech that Jack met Vincent Bugliosi. Mr. Bugliosi was giving a speech on the Charles Manson trial. Mr. Bugliosi influenced Mr. Duffy to become a lawyer.

James M Rothstein NYPD Det Retired

My guest today , James M Rothstein NYPD Det Retired, was just fascinating. We discussed he Son Of Sam investigation, The Franklin Coverup, Boys Town, Manson, Organized crime cases in NYC. NYC politics and blackmail. Just a fascinating guy from NYC 70s NYPD. Great stuff we even got into the French Connection case. Youtube link will be available tomorrow.
One thing he is very passionate aabout is a law he wrote to combat human trafficing: 

TRAFFICKING LAWS



Laws to be passed:


  1. Any person, agency, or other entity that interferes, threatens, harasses, impedes, or in any way compromises an investigator, investigation, prosecution, or witness in human trafficking, child porn, pedophilia, or criminal use of children case is guilty of a felony with a mandatory 5 year prison sentence.

  1. Any enforcement agency, agent, prosecutor, elected government official, or any other authority that fails to act, with due haste, on human trafficking, pedophilia or the criminal use of children complaint and then doing a complete investigation of the complaint is guilty of a crime. (felony)

  1. Any person or entity who uses human trafficking, children, child porn, pedophilia, to compromise, extort or cause another person to do an unwilling act is guilty of a felony with a mandatory 25 year to life in prison, no parole, prison sentence.

  1. Any person or entity who buys, sells, trades, or in any way promotes, enables, or profits from human trafficking, pedophilia, human compromise, extortion, or uses children in a criminal manner is guilty of a felony with a mandatory 25 year to life in prison, no parole, prison sentence.

  1. The use of electronics, social media, or any other form of communications to facilitate, promote, or further human trafficking, child porn, pedophilia, human compromise, extortion, use of children in a criminal manner is a felony with a mandatory fine of one million dollars per incident and a 10 year prison sentence for all parties involved.

As heinous as these crimes of human trafficking, pedophilia, human compromise and  sexual exploitation of children are, an overzealous uninformed law enforcement agency, prosecutor, social worker, or mental health expert, who uses less than scientific investigative methods to conduct a “witch hunt,” can wreak havoc on our society and don’t provide any real solutions.
There must be an Oversight Committee (see Oversight Committee report) to prevent innocent people from becoming another victim and furthering an already heinous crime.

Upon conviction of either/or #3, #4, #5 and affirmation of the Oversight Committee all assets of the perpetrator(s) or entities involved shall be seized and given to the victim(s).

Reality Check: DR. BILL H. WELD of Bill H. Weld and Associates. leaked DARPA documents

Last week I was provided some scanned documents purporting to be "leaked DARPA" communications. These docs outline a secret plan of genocide.
I rent commercial space in a secured industrial park and my neighbors are a DARPA funded company, so the DARPA folks are often outside on a smoke break. I casually asked if they if they could review and comment on the docs and they could give the docs no credibility whatsoever.
They demonstrated no concern that there could be a plan of genocide that they are unaware of, or that a secret DARPA doc had somehow escaped and was in public circulation.

I noticed some online chatter about these docs and claims by DR. BILL H. WELD of THE LAS VEGAS LAW-FIRM of Bill H. Weld and Associates , NV, CA, AZ....

Las Vegas has a rather small close knit legal community, it's rare to have a local attorney licensed in multiple states and not be a household name so I reached out for confirmation of Dr Welds credentials.
I could find no one in the legal community familiar with such a law firm ever existing.

I then contacted Clark County Bar Association:

Perhaps you find the name when searching the State Bar of Nevada's website directory at http://www.nvbar.org/find-a-lawyer.

As suggested by Ms Abbott I contacted the State Bar of Nevada at 702-382-2200. They have no record of any Weld ever practicing law in the State of NV Ever having a license issued or ever being disbarred or sanctioned, disciplines etc. 
Feel free to search  NV court records by attorney name to see for yourself if you can find any cases filed by an attorney "Weld"

After I provided this email to a couple of so called "truther" radio hosts  they went on the air and ridiculed my investigation and claimed that "Welds" records were probably scrubbed like Bob Lazar. So now "Welds" is parroting this alibi. But his email to me admitting he faked the resume is still proof he is a liar.

As for information being scrubbed from the Internet.
It is rare for a person to be both a Dr and Lawyer. I know of only 2 in Las Vegas. This hoaxer is certainly not one of them. You can call the Clark Co Bar and ask them if they are aware of any Dr /Lawyers over the past 10 years.
You can also call or visit Nevada Legal Publication on 4th St in downtown Las Vegas. This is also a small business that PRINTS the lawyer directory. It's not on the Internt and could not be 'scrubbed" unless the super spooks somehow go there and erase his name from the older publications.
